Tougher rules for foreign students
Future uk student visa is going to be more strict
overseas students from outside EEA wanting to come to the UK to study will be required to meet stricter entry criteria, the Home Secretary, Alan Johnson announced recently
The new regulations will ensure that students studying below degree level will have a limited ability to work in the UK and that their dependants cannot work here at all.lots of different condition will be applied and it will be completely different scheme compare with current tier 4 general student visa category.
